Do you wonder why life can seem so difficult at times?
A journey can be defined as an act of traveling from one place to another, transforming your surroundings as a kaleidoscope can change your view until you find the perfect spot where you fit in, feeling content, at peace, and free to be you.
Living and enjoying a paradise of your own design. What a wonderful creation waiting for you!
“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” ~ Lao Tzu
The sun is up, the coffee is brewing, and you have been looking forward to lunch with your friends for weeks. But for some reason you start dreading the day – can’t quite seem to get ready, struggling to put on that happy face and spend a couple of hours pretending that your life is perfect.
How can you compete with Mary and her honor roll kids, Ashley with her wonderful new dream home, or Cathy and her new job promotion?
Am I lost or did I just misplace the map to my life?
It seems only yesterday that your life was all planned out and you knew who you were, where you were going, and how you were going to get there.
Somewhere along the way you got disconnected from your hopes and dreams without even being aware it was happening. It seems as if everyone else is able to deal with all the ups and downs of life.
They all seem to have their act together! Or do they? Hmm, interesting thought.
There is nothing more rare, nor more beautiful, than a
woman being unapologetically herself;
comfortable in her perfect imperfection.
To me that is the true essence of beauty.

Doing for Others
So many things come first before we even consider thinking of ourselves. If you are like me, the To-Do List is never ending and includes the family, job, school, household chores, finances, errands, to name but a few. It is hard to pencil in a few minutes of ME time.
Do you ever wonder why that is? You make a promise that tomorrow will be just for you. It so happens that while waiting for tomorrow you miss out on today and opportunities are lost.
But who says you cannot take some time to be kind and loving to yourself? It is possible to be there for everyone else and still take time to be who you want to be and find contentment, acceptance, and peace.
You just need to allow yourself the freedom to take charge of your own life and begin the journey for a better understanding of who you can be. I can help you in that process.
“You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
Today you have a choice to either stay stuck or learn to change your circumstances and perspectives!
Yes, change can be scary, but the rewards are awesome. It is not necessary to stay on the same hamster wheel – repeating the same old arguments, thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behavior. Your outlook on life will be so different as you start to embrace who you are meant to be.
Did you wake up this morning feeling as if today is the day to make something happen? Then trust your intuition and accept the challenge to start on a journey to uncover the true you – happy, peaceful, and worth it. The momentum is with you now so grab your phone and call me – or email me. I would be honored to work with you.
Hi, I’m Cheryl.
If you are here, you may be like many of the women I talk with who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, or just feeling stuck in your life. We all have a need to find validation and connection to ourselves, as well as others in our lives.
There is a freedom in living life as we want rather than how others think we should.
You are not alone in your feelings – there are many women who are faced with problems keeping their life in balance, who feel depressed and overwhelmed with their work, life and family.
They share their fears of not being able to make the right choices or decisions about even the littlest things.
My goal for everyone is to learn that:
Existing each day is no longer an option but Embracing the
personal journey of self-discovery and self-awareness is a
necessity to a fulfilling and wonderful life.
I would not ask you to face your fears, risk sharing your inner thoughts, step out into the unknown, or trust me to walk this journey with you if I had not done so myself. It is scary to risk the comfortableness of the same old same old, but you cannot imagine what freedom is out there for you to claim as your own.
My life is full of possibilities as is yours. You just have to believe in yourself and know that no one is ever alone in their journey.
