INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Walter Hagen said, “Don’t forget to stop and smell the roses.” A great quote you hear often but ‘Who has the Time?!’
It’s all about everyone else.
You spend your days making sure everyone and everything is taken care of, but somehow there never seems to be enough time or energy left to take care of yourself. It’s your responsibility to handle whatever comes your way. Right?
Like many of us, you probably talk yourself into believing this sadness will pass. Your anxiety doesn’t come around that often, you are only a little testy with your loved ones, and others’ issues are more important right now. You can endure whatever life brings your way as long as everyone else is happy.
I don’t want to hurt any feelings, but I would like to point out that you are shortchanging your own well-being with this type of thinking.
“It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and to make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary.” – Mandy Hale
I don’t know why I feel like this? Why can’t I snap out of it?
Therapy gives you a chance to open up and share your pains and struggles with another person. The freedom of ‘getting it out in the open’ with a trusted and compassionate individual can be so empowering. You are not alone in your search for answers.
Accepting help is a sign of strength and courage.
Let’s clear the path to peace and contentment.
Life is made to be lived and not just another line item on your checklist. You owe yourself the love and care that you so freely give to others.
Be honest. Have you asked yourself, “Is this all there is?”
You know there is more to life, but the path back to happiness, hope and peace has gotten a bit blurry. Together we can clear the way to a life that makes you smile in contentment, sigh with peace, and dance with joy for each new day that dawns.
I am waiting to walk with you on this journey. What are you waiting for? The possibilities are endless starting today. Call me at
